As long as we focus on the outcome, we are blind for the journey. Healing and transformation can not be reached. When connection to self, soul and source is restored, you simply arrive.
The body speaks, before the mind clarifies.
The body is a portal. It is the home of your soul and the bridge to source.
When we descend into the void, the underworld, like Inanna or Persephone, nothing stays hidden that is ready to be seen, felt and transmuted or let go of.
Parts of self from this life or ancestral ones stay stuck and often need to cross over but can’t until they are liberating from what ties them.
If you want to rise as a phoenix from the ashes, there has to be ashes first. We have learned to fear death, as we mistake it for ending. But every ending is beginning.
Let me tell you what most manifestation of healing guru’s don’t.
Aiming for growth, healing and manifestations that seem out of reach, without embodied shadowwork is like trying to fly while carrying an anvil arround your neck.
The job is not growing and healing. It is the descent. Growing and healing is the result that is the foundation in the soil needed to bare the fruits desired.

- (zelf)heling zonder schaduwwerk wordt onbewuste bypassing van precies DIE wond die er echt het verschil maakt, maar die jij niet ziet.

De harde waarheid is: Als jij de regie niet neemt over je schaduwen, nemen je schaduwen die over jou Terwijl je er blind voor blijft.
Een schaduw heeft maar een doel: jouw blind houden voor waar de doorbraken echt zitten. Zo blijf jij wel dopamine shots houden door inzichten, emotionele release en tekenen van het universum, maar blijven de saboterende patronen die echt het verschil maken ongezien.
